4 thick slices of I Cottinforno porchetta
1 yellow apple
Modens Balsamic vinegar
Walnut kernels
Preparation
Cut the apple into half a centimeter slices and sauté in a pan with Modena Balsamic Vinegar, then lay them on a serving plate.
Cut the I Cottinforno Porchetta into full-bodied strips and distribute it on the apples, crumble the walnut kernels on the plate and serve.
Or:
Cut the apple into cubes, sauté in a pan with Balsamic Vinegar, add the walnut kernels.
In the meantime, heat the Porchetta in another pan or in the microwave, when it is slightly crispy, serve with apples and walnuts sauteed with Balsamic Vinegar.
