When the products of the land and the peasant wisdom join forces, here are born simple dishes to realize, but with an incomparable taste. Sincere, delicious, as genuine as the country noodles.
A pleasant tasty dish
Ingredients for 4 persons
1 large slice of oven baked I Cottinforno turkey
400 gr of homemade tagliatelle pasta
1 yellow pepper
1 knob of salty butter
extra virgin olive oil
black pepper as to desire
Cooking cream as to desire
Cut the leek into fairly thin slices and the yellow pepper into small pieces.
Put the vegetables in a large pan where you have already put butter, oil, sage and salt.
Cut the I Cottinforno roast turkey into cubes and put everything in the pan. At the end of cooking Add the cream and mix everything.
In the meantime put a pot of salted water to boil and when the vegetables are almost cooked add the noodles. Drain the noodles and put them in the pan with the sauce.
Sauté for a few minutes over high heat. As you like, sprinkle Black Pepper on the noodles and serve on the table.
